The Vault

Your funnels, contacts and courses live on someone else's servers. The Vault keeps your own copy — browsable, restorable, and refreshed on a schedule.

Connect a platform

Go to Vault → Connections → New Connection, pick the platform, and authorize (OAuth) or paste your API key. Credentials are encrypted at rest — the connection is validated before it saves, so a typo fails fast instead of failing silently later.

Run a backup

Start a backup from Vault → Backups. The Vault pages through your platform data and stores everything as a snapshot — a complete, point-in-time copy. Large accounts are processed in the background; you can watch progress live.

Browse snapshots

Open any snapshot in Vault → Snapshots → Browse to inspect what was captured, down to the individual record — every funnel, contact, tag or course, with its full data.

Restore

Deleted a funnel? Broke a tag structure? Pick the items in a snapshot and restore them back to the platform from Vault → Restores. Restores run in the background and report per-item results, so you know exactly what went back.

Schedules

Set a schedule in Vault → Schedules and backups run automatically — as often as every 6 hours. Set it once and your stack stays protected without you thinking about it.

Long-term archives

Older snapshots can be moved to cold archival storage. They stop counting against your active storage but remain retrievable when you need history.

Teams

Share a connection with your team from the Connections page. Teammates can run backups, browse snapshots, restore, and manage schedules on shared connections — while credentials, connection deletion, and sharing stay with the owner. Invite members by email from the Teams page; invitations expire after 7 days.

Notifications

Get notified when vault operations finish or fail — configure in Settings → Vault notifications:

Recommended setup: connect your primary platform, run one manual backup to verify it, then create a schedule and turn on failure notifications. Two minutes now, every rebuild avoided later.
